I have been looking forward to this conclusion, time for Carter to bring his loves into his Morelli home! A hurricane has come to Bishop’s Landing…

Carter Morelli has been all over the world. Secret missions. Gunfights. The eye of a tropical hurricane. Nothing scares him more than home, where he looks into a mirror every time he sees his father.

But when the two people he loves most are in danger, there’s only one place that’s safe for them. New York City.

He won’t be able to avoid the place where he grew up. The place where demons from his past haunt him. The place where June and Theo can finally see the truth about him.

TROPICAL STORM is book three in the Deserted Island trilogy. Find out what happens in the breathtaking conclusion of Carter Morelli’s scorching hot story!

Welcome to the Midnight Dynasty… The warring Morelli and Constantine families have enough bad blood to fill an ocean, and their brand new stories will be told by your favorite dangerous romance authors.

WARNING: This book is intended for readers eighteen years old and over. It contains material that some readers could find disturbing. Enter at your own risk…

Check out my more detailed thoughts below…

  • Characters: This story continues the challenge of handling the three points of view. I would say though Carter’s story really dominates this final instalment. He is really grappling with not only the implications of wanting to build a life with two people instead of one. But his identity has been ripped away from him rather violently. Readers will sympathize with the idea of identifying so much with your career that you don’t really have an individual identity. Theo’s point of view gets the second heaviest treatment. He has really come into his own, despite being ripped away from his home he is doing relatively okay. I loved how he, along with June pushed Carter to not run away from his emotions. The character-related disappointment I had through this is June was quite passive for the majority of this third book. Nearing the end she spoke up, and spoke up loud! Finally! I have been frustrated with how her voice feels a bit lost in this but there are so many great moments with her, you just have to wait awhile. A special part of this final book is that the wider world crash lands into it through a huge cast of Morelli and Constantine side characters. Fans of the wider books will love seeing Carter’s dynamic with Leo, Lucian, and Tiernan.
  • Setting: This is the first Deserted Island book set not on a deserted island. We are whisked off to locations you will know well if you have read other Dangerous Press books. We are in Bishop’s Landing, specifically Leo’s mansion. Which I have a soft spot for because I am brought back to
  • Pacing: What will propel you through this story is the sense of fear and frustration. A feeling of fear permeates this story, no place ever feels safe. This stressful feeling never left me. I needed to keep reading to make sure all these characters are okay. The frustrations come from Carter, Theo, and June (but mostly Carter) navigating how they can build a life together.
  • Romance: This final instalment is the culmination of the physical and emotional elements of this triad. For the physical side first, simply the sex in this book is great. Our characters really connected which made for some beautiful scenes. Which is a testament to the emotional maturity that has grown in this relationship. This book is really just them trying to figure out how they can all be together. Carter fears he puts them in danger and it is Theo and June that save Carter in a way that he has never been saved before.

Tropical Storm receives four out of five stars.

Thank you to Skye Warren and the Dangerous Press team for the advance reader copy of Three to Get Ready, the third and final instalment in the Hughes trilogy.

The ending of the second book, Two to Get Ready was explosive and I have been counting down the days until the finale of Finn and Eva’s story.

I am a Dangerous Press review team member, but I remain honest and genuine in my reviews.

There’s a ticking time bomb in Finn Hughes’s head.

That means he has to prepare everyone. Eva. The baby. The company, which is in an uproar after the announcement. He needs to get them ready. Because when the curse hits, it will be too late to say goodbye.

  • Characters: We return to Eva’s story in the middle of a Morelli war room. This final instalment has really let the readers connect with Eva’s softer side. Almost all the Morellis have such a hard exterior, but this plot is shaking Eva’s foundation. It was hard not to feel emotional when you are attached to a couple dealing with pregnancy and dementia. Finn pulled on my heartstrings even more than Eva did. His paranoia gets to you. An incurable disease is no joke.
  • Setting: The story remains set in the New York City and Bishop’s Landing area.
  • Pacing: The pacing was good and I really enjoyed many of the key scenes of the story. I had the aggravating moment of my Kindle dying in the morning during my commute and having to wait until the evening to charge it and dive back into an addicting story.
  • Romance: Finn and Eva are really coming together as a team against whatever the world throws at them and the world is sure throwing a lot. The heat is still a huge presence, but this final instalment was much more emotionally heavy. This couple is strong and this book is more of a celebration of their love. There is no dramatic third-act break-up, instead, this is a mature look at two characters in love dealing with life’s curveballs.

Three to Get Ready receives four out of five stars.

Thank you to Skye Warren, Amelia Wilde and the team at Dangerous Press for the advance reader copy of Natural Disaster, the second story in the Deserted Island series.

Omg after the ending of the first book, Force of Nature, I needed the second book yesterday! The premise for this series is intriguing but it is just not fully satisfying me yet.

I am a Dangerous Press review team member, but I remain honest and genuine in my reviews.

Carter Morelli had a plan when he left London: deliver the wildlife photographer and then complete his secret mission. Except a lethal enemy has watched their every move. They tampered with the plane, leaving them stranded on a deserted island.

And they kidnapped June Porter, the innocent photographer.

In order to save her, Carter must confront the mysterious man in the jungle.

Who is he? Savior or betrayer?

He has no choice but to face the greatest enemy of all: the powerful feelings that draw him toward both June and the man in the jungle. Those feelings might kill them all.

  • Characters: We got points of view from Carter, June, and Theo in this instalment. We are finally getting more of Theo’s backstory, damn he had a messed up childhood. You begin to understand why he latches onto the island and why he struggles to trust June and especially Carter. Speaking of Carter, this sequel really grew his character. He is opening up, and being more honest. It is nice to see how different he is from the other Morellis, and that this book embraces being so different from other Dangerous Press books. I really found that June’s voice gets a bit lost in this instalment. There was lots of room given to Theo’s and Carter’s development, which took away much of the air in the room, leaving basically none for June.
  • Setting: This series is set on a deserted island, and this instalment takes us off this island to nearby land. I am excited to see where this book takes us in the future though as I was not as excited by this smaller populated area.
  • Pacing: This book is incredibly fast-paced with our characters on the run. It ran by and I found it a bit short. Due to the pacing, the character interactions also felt a bit rushed. I buy into their lust for each other, but not as much as their love just yet. I am really hopeful the third book makes me change my mind.
  • Romance: This book pushed the envelope even more in romantic scenes. Damn, there were some hot scenes in this book. I am enjoying that this story challenges the characters as they are forced to reckon with the enormity of their lust for each other. Especially for a character like Theo, it is quite a jump to see him decry these acts as sinful, but he too cannot help but fall victim to the behaviour himself. This book was better than the first instalment, I felt overall more invested in the characters than I had while reading the first book. It has a very promising ending and I am eager to see the trajectory of this throuple’s relationship in Tropical Storm, releasing in February.

Natural Disaster receives three out of five stars.

Thank you to Skye Warren and the team at Valentine PR for the advance reader copy of Hiding Places.

I really enjoyed it when I binge-read the Rochester trilogy, so when I saw Skye was bringing out this spin-off novel in this form, I picked it up. I had started reading it on Radish but never finished.

Emily Rochester rebuilds her life after being on the run. Her husband is gone. Her daughter is safe. The nightmare is behind her… except someone is watching.

Mateo Garza is everything she doesn’t want. Wealthy. Famous. Gorgeous.

He’s also the only man she trusts.

HIDING PLACES is a spin-off full-length novel with Emily and Mateo from the Rochester trilogy–as well as plenty of scenes featuring Beau and Jane as they build their life together.

Check out my more detailed thoughts below…

  • Characters: This book serves a dual purpose, a check-in on Beau and Jane, and the start of a new love story between Emily and Mateo. Beau is protective as ever, but I was happy to see him put things aside to support Jane to the best of his ability. Jane, now Beau’s better half is carving her own path a bit more in life. She has not changed much from where she was at the end of the previous instalment. As much as she pushes for her own freedom, she is very happy to stay close to the Beau bubble. It was nice to get to know Emily a bit better finally. I found I wasn’t invested enough in her characters, she had been gone for so long and I just wanted more time with her. I felt similar about Mateo, when he was first introduced in this series I didn’t realize he would come to play this part. So, I would have liked to have seen more of his character and seen him spend more time with Emily. They seem to be in love quite suddenly so I don’t know if they are getting some flashbacks to their time as teens, even if they were negative feelings.
  • Setting: The setting really suits this story. I love how Eden Cape is this small, isolated town on the water. An undercurrent of this story is this police trial taking the town by storm, wrapped up in the events of the original trilogy. The entire town watching the trial and the media frenzy that grew out of it was super interesting. This was such a strong plot point that strengthened this story.
  • Pacing: I have alluded to this a few times, so I will come out and say this. This book was too short and was trying to do so much. This could have been split into an extended epilogue for Beau and Jane. Then a separate full-length novel just about Emily and Mateo would have allowed for their story to be stronger. What supports Beau and Jane’s story is that we already know them, we spent three books with them. Skye is asking us to. buy into Emily and Mateo without much to stand on.
  • Romance: The hottest part of this book was Beau and Jane. What was very cute was how so many scenes were callbacks to things that occurred in the past instalments. But because this book is on the shorter side so much of it felt rushed. I also would have loved more time to read about both the physical and emotional sides of Emily and Mateo’s relationship. Stemming from the fact that this book tried to do a lot in a small package.

Hiding Places receives three out of five stars.

Characters: We are back with Eva Morelli and Finn Hughes and I love them even more. Eva, oh damn I love this woman. She is strong yet, her weaknesses are starting to poke through. I love her sibling relationship with Leo. Their dynamic is a shining light in both their stories. Finn is such a compelling and interesting character. From watching him deal with the cluster fuck of his life, to see him figuring out the enormity of his feelings for Eva. I am so excited to see where his character is brought in the final instalment. Setting: This story is set mostly in New York City and/or Bishop’s Landing just like other Dangerous Press books. I don’t wanna say that the setting does not really matter in this story, but yeah it doesn’t. This series is much more character driven. Pacing: This story flew by. While many story beats were predictable, I was expecting that. I really like the place this story goes up to, it is such a great second instalment. Romance: There is an immensity and intensity to their love. The sex was hot as always, but I found myself not even caring because I was so invested in Finn getting his head out of his ass. The way that Skye has set up this story, you cannot help but cheer these two on. Two for the Show receives five out of five stars. This is one of the most interesting Dangerous Press titles yet. This story won’t be for everyone but read my review to see if its for you. WARNING: This book is intended for readers eighteen years old and over. It contains material that some readers could find disturbing. Enter at your own risk…” Check out my more detailed thoughts below… Characters: We’ve got three characters to discuss for this title. Carter Morelli, you may remember from previous Dangerous Press books. The more mysterious brother, always in and out of others’ stories. We meet Carter really for the first time in his story. Surprise he is not just a professor he’s a super spy who is keeping secrets from everyone. He has written himself off as a killer and is struggling between his dark and light impulses. June is our leading lady. She is a photographer, who happenstance is part of our story. She is stranded because of Carter and I did admire how she made the best of it. Theo rounds out our trio and he is the most mysterious of them all. Despite what does get revealed in the latter chunk of this first book we all still have much more to learn. So because of this, I don’t really know what to think about him, but I am excited to uncover more of who he is. Setting: If you have read the prequel, The Crash then you are not surprised that our story is set on a stranded island. If you have not read the prequel no fear, Force of Nature starts with the prequel for those who did not read the pivotal opening chapters. Stranding these characters on an island feeds the plot. The quicksand and poisonous plants really move the story along. Pacing: I was intrigued by the prequel and I think after the great pacing in that, the book pacing falls flat. I was not surprised to see this end with a cliffhanger and so it was not shocking. Many elements were kinda just wacky, and I was ready for this book to be a bit off-putting and weird but it just fell flat to me. Romance: This is an interesting romance, that I really am unsure about still. Right off the bat, I will say the scenes of the three of them together were pretty darn hot. Which I was expecting because both Skye and Amelia are great at writing these types of scenes. There were a few times I felt kissing and/or hooking up felt out of place. Carter kisses June for the first time relatively early in the story and I would have rather there was more time for sexual tension to grow. I am interested in continuing to read future instalments. These characters are incredibly shrouded in mystery and I cannot wait to figure it all out. Force of Nature receives three out of five stars. Thank you to Skye Warren, Amelia Wilde and the team at Dangerous Press for the advance reader copy of Force of Nature.

This is one of the most interesting Dangerous Press titles yet. This story won’t be for everyone but read my review to see if its for you.

I am a member of the Dangerous Press review team, but I stand by my reviews remaining honest and true.

“Carter Morelli survived a violent childhood and dangerous missions. After he emergency lands the small aircraft, he faces something even worse: having someone depend on him. Geologist June Porter wants to study rocks. She didn’t plan to be stranded on a deserted island.

They aren’t alone on the island. A man hides among the broad leaves. He’s almost feral, this man. But he provides them shelter and food.

There are secrets in his hidden cabin. Desire, too.

Carter doesn’t want to care about the bookish, beautiful June.
But he doesn’t like this strange man’s interest in her, either.
Simmering chemistry wars with the need for survival.

Will they be found before they give into temptation?

Welcome to the Midnight Dynasty… The warring Morelli and Constantine families have enough bad blood to fill an ocean, and their brand new stories will be told by your favorite dangerous romance authors.

WARNING: This book is intended for readers eighteen years old and over. It contains material that some readers could find disturbing. Enter at your own risk…”

Check out my more detailed thoughts below…

  • Characters: We’ve got three characters to discuss for this title.
  • Setting: If you have read the prequel, The Crash then you are not surprised that our story is set on a stranded island. If you have not read the prequel no fear, Force of Nature starts with the prequel for those who did not read the pivotal opening chapters. Stranding these characters on an island feeds the plot. The quicksand and poisonous plants really move the story along.
  • Pacing: I was intrigued by the prequel and I think after the great pacing in that, the book pacing falls flat. I was not surprised to see this end with a cliffhanger and so it was not shocking. Many elements were kinda just wacky, and I was ready for this book to be a bit off-putting and weird but it just fell flat to me.
  • Romance: This is an interesting romance, that I really am unsure about still. Right off the bat, I will say the scenes of the three of them together were pretty darn hot. Skye and Amelia working together, what more could we ask for! All this novella did is make me want the novel more! I am a member of the Dangerous Press review team, but I stand by my reviews remaining honest and true. Carter Morelli works alone, but his orders are clear. Pilot the small aircraft carrying the renowned photographer to a remote island. June Porter wants to stay on solid land. She doesn’t want to fly, but it’s the only way to get to the research facility. Then her worst fears come true. A plane malfunction. A swift fall from the sky. And a heart-stopping crash. An emergency landing leaves them stranded. Then a shadow moves through the trees. They aren’t alone in the jungle. Check out my more detailed thoughts below… Characters: We are finally in Carter Morelli’s head and I could not be happier about it. He has always been very mysterious and I love that now we are finally getting some answers. He’s protective, adventurous, caring and might be a modern-day James Bond. He is masquerading as a biology professor, but he is not faking his love for all things Rhizomes. He is nerdy and I kinda love it. June Porter is our heroine, she is a Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer. We meet her a bit on edge about flying, and I already love that she is quite vulnerable and relatable. Setting: They survive a crash landing on an island, with no signal and sandy beaches. The setting is as mysterious as the men, both Carter himself and whoever shot down this plane. Pacing: This first part of the story flew by and all I want is to know more about Carter, June, whoever is out in the wilderness of the island and whoever shot down the plane. Romance: In just a few chapters these characters are already pushing each other. They have such great chemistry and share an electric first kiss. I am excited to see how this relationship develops as well as who will be the third member of the teased ménage? The Crash receives four out of five stars. Skye Warren has been the woman behind the scenes at Dangerous Press. She started what has grown into one of my fave publishers and I am so excited to be reviewing this story. This is Eva’s story and I have wanted to be in her head since she strolled onto the page, so I am pumped! I am a member of the Dangerous Press review team, but I stand by my reviews remaining honest and true. “Finn Hughes knows about secrets. His family is as wealthy as the Rockefellers. And as powerful as the Kennedys. No one knows that the men in his line have a debilitating, early-onset illness. He’s managed the business from a young age while his father served as the figurehead. All the while knowing there’s a ticking clock on his ability to lead. Eva Morelli is the oldest daughter. The responsible one. The caring one. The one who doesn’t have time for her own interests. Especially not her interest in the charismatic, mysterious Finn Hughes. A fake relationship is the answer to both their problems. It will keep the swarming society mothers from throwing their daughters at him. And it will keep Eva’s mother from bothering her about marriage. Then the fake relationship starts to feel real. But there’s no chance for them. No hope for a woman who’s had her heart broken. And no future for a man whose fate was decided long ago.” Check out my more detailed thoughts below… Characters: Eva Morelli is the one keeping the Morelli family afloat, even if they have not figured that out yet. The eldest Morelli sister has been a fixture in everyone else’s stories for so long, she always seemed cold and like she was hiding something. She’s been hurt before, had her heartbroken by a man who never should have played with it. That has not stopped Eva’s mother from wanting her to find a husband and find him quickly as she is already 33 years old. Enter Finneas Hughes, Finn is the eldest son in the Hughes family, a modern-day equivalent to the Kennedys or Vanderbilts, in contrast to the old money families like the Morellis and Constantines. Finn has a bit of a playboy reputation and is very anti-marriage. He’s 29 years old and harbouring a secret, a family history of dementia that he is terrified of repeating. I adored both Eva and Finn! Both of these characters spend all their time taking care of their families and not themselves. Now they can be the one who cares for each other’s well-being, except it is just not that simple. One of the best parts about a book about a Morelli is checking in on the other Morellis. I loved getting to spend time with a bunch of them, including getting to know Lizzy better, seeing Tiernan and Bianca as a part of the family, and Eva’s special relationships with Leo and Haley. The Hughes family intrigued me and I hope we see more from Finn’s younger brother Hemingway in the future. Setting: The setting gives quite a heavy dose of Bishop’s Landing as these Dangerous Press tend to do. A fun setting was featured in the first few chapters when Finn surprised Eva by whisking her away to cool settings like an underground casino. I also loved everything Eva’s condo represented, the bit of freedom she strives for under the weight of being a Morelli. Pacing: This book flew by, or more likely I could not put it down. I was hooked from the opening chapters. This book was predictable but that did not bother me much. It may some readers but I just found the story so compelling that I was not disappointed that I was guessing story beats. Now I am sad I have to wait until August for the next instalment. Romance: I loved how almost immediately Finn and Eva were drawn to each other. It was as if they saw the “innate sadness” as Finn put it, in each other and wanted to provide the care and comfort to start healing that sadness. What begins as a fake dating scheme, cannot help but cascade into real feelings. Real feelings that Finn fights against. He is your classic tortured hero, who does not want to burden his future wife and pass on his “family curse” to any future children. Skye Warren writes such great sex scenes and Eva and Finn had amazing chemistry in and out of bed. Finn’s reluctance did not bug me, I see this as a relationship worth fighting for and have no doubt Eva is going to convince him they are worth the try. One for the Money receives five out of five stars. Linde’s: One Cruel Wedding Night asks is if an arranged marriage equals no love. This story features Camden, the heir to a hotel fortune and Katherine who is now penniless. Her father committed fraud and now her only option is this arranged marriage. This villain romance had great sexual tension. I loved how it was set at their wedding and the hot scenes that came with it. 4 stars. Skye Warren’s: Two Turtle Doves features Gabriel and Avery fan favourite characters of Skye’s. I have not read any of her Endgame series, I feel bad that I could not appreciate all the character cameos. For those who have this is definitely going to be a treat for you. 3 stars. Fiona Cole’s: Goner is the best story in this anthology! Fuck I loved this story. First off I am a huge fan of Fiona and the world of Voyeur, so yes I am biased. There is a great cameo from a beloved couple. They get in the mix with the new characters and it is a super hot scene. I love the setting of blur and I could read like ten more books in this world. Amara and Atlas have great chemistry. This book has everything, F/F/M, F/F/F, and M/F. 5 stars. Giana Darling’s: Swan Song is about Finnegan aka Curtains of the Fallen MC. This story was pretty good but I expected more from Giana. I am a huge fan of her motorcycle romances and I wanted this to be steamier. I did really enjoy the characters and the mystery surrounding them. 4 stars. Claire Contreras’s: Five Golden Rings is Deliah and Rory’s story. This story was not very memorable. The sex was hot though. I loved how the rings referenced in the title were incorporated into the story. 3 stars. Nikki Sloane’s: On the Sixth Day is a story of a throuple. Clay, Travis & Lilith are from The Architect. I enjoyed this story so much, I plan to pick up their story. Their sex scene was incredibly hot. I loved the balance between the sex and plot in this story. 5 stars. Nana Malone’s: Four Calling Birds is Bryna and Lucas’ story. I did enjoy that this story had a heist aspect to it and how it led to a very hot hookup. But overall I did not get super invested in this story. 3 stars. C.D. Reiss’s: Nine Ladies Dancing was a bit of an odd story. It really did not click with me, as I did not like any of the characters. It took me forever to read and it had my putting the book down rather than devouring the story as I should be. 2 stars. Sierra Simone’s: My Present This Year is about step-siblings Nick and Nora. This story is so hot and well of course it is it is written by the queen of steamy smut Sierra Simone. This story was my second favourite in the anthology. With perfect pacing, the tension was built between step-siblings who have been struggling to keep their hands to themselves. You cannot help but buy into their feelings and start to cheer them on. 5 stars. Laurelin Paige’s: Ten Dirty Deeds exudes tension and oozed steaminess. I loved the concept of the 10 deeds and how it was incorporated. I know Laurelin has written about these characters before, but I have never read that story. Sabrina and Donovan are from Dirty Flirty Rich Men, and they seem like a very fun, hot and dirty couple. 4 stars. M. Malone’s: Gift Me is Noelle and Deacon’s adorably nerdy romance. I loved this romance of two people who have been pining for each other for quite a while. This story was one of the sweetest and most romantic ones in the anthology rather than something sexy or steamy. 4 stars. Angelina M. Lopez’s: Twelve Drummers is Sabrina Ramirez’s story. This story was really unique and its inspiration was super cool. This Aztec-inspired tale is one of the steamiest in the anthology. The hotness of this story is quite something, but its lack of plot keeps the rating a bit lower for me. 3 stars. Twelve Naughty Days receives four out of five stars. Download your copy and tell a book-loving friend, because it won’t last long.” Check out my more detailed thoughts below… Skye Warren’s Halleluiah: I love Eva Morelli and I am so excited to get a full story about her very soon! This short story introduced us to Finn, Eva’s love interest. I loved seeing Leo be a super protective brother. All this story does is keep me excited for Skye Warren’s future book and for more Morelli secrets to be revealed. 4 stars. Amelia Wilde’s O Come All Ye Faithful: Fuck I love this couple so much! I love how Haley’s character strikes the perfect balance between insecurity and confidence. The sexy scenes were hot fire in this one too. 5 stars. Giana Darling’s Baby It’s Cold Outside: I was so excited to start this story and see that it was Elena and Dante. It was so rewarding to read more of their story. Their sex scene was phenomenal. If you are not excited about Dangerous Temptation after reading this story, well you should be! 5 stars. Theodora Taylor’s This Christmas: This one is the most mysterious of the bunch. But I just did not get really invested in this one at all. 3 stars. Sam Mariano’s Wrapped in Red: I was very enthralled with this couple. This was an office romance, which is always a fun trope. I could have seen myself reading a whole book about Georgia and Lee. 4 stars. Pam Godwin’s O Holy Night: Time for two of my faves, Tinsley Constantine and Father Magnus. Swoon! I just love the way they do everything from loving to fighting to fucking. I loved seeing Tinsley meet Elaine and Lucian. Plus there was a scene that may have involved a church altar and it was hot fire. 5 stars. Clare Contreas’ Santa Baby: This one was an interesting premise. Of two individuals living their lives apart but were meant to live them together. I loved getting to read two sides of a love story coming back together again. I was glad to see a male character display so much emotion. 4 stars. Katee Robert’s Last Christmas: I was excited to see an O’Malley show up. I am a huge fan of all of Katee’s work and this story is no exception. This story is about Carrigan’s nephew Cael. I loved how this one is an older woman and a younger man. Falling in love with a Senator’s wife, how scandalous. I loved this short and sexy, yet still sweet. 5 stars. M. O’Keefe’s Little Drummer Boy: This story is about Zilla, Poppy’s sister. I love that this one featured an unconventional friend with benefits relationship. The sex was hot but I wanted to be more invested. They may have worked better with a longer story. 4 stars. Jenika Snow’s It Came Upon a Midnight Clear: Gallina and Arlo are a couple of Jenika’s from a previous book. A book I have never read so I did not have any prior investment in them. I found them a riveting couple with incredibly hot sex. 4 stars. Maria Luis’ Carol of the Bells: Laela Donna is being a recluse but a sexy mystery man is attempting to seduce her. I really loved this one and all the twists in it. 4 stars. Sienna Snow’s Silent Night: Greek mafia! I love the change from it always being about Italians, Irish or Russian mobsters. This was an interesting relationship dynamic. 3 stars. Jade West’s Away in a Manger: Yes! It is time for Lucian and Elaine. I loved getting to see them as parents. Lucian is such a softie with his kid and I adore how he melts for Elaine. The sex scene was hot of course! 5 stars. M. Robinson’s All I Want for Christmas Is You: Jax is an all-star quarterback and has no interest in settling down. At the Morelli ball, he is immediately attracted to this mystery woman. The story ends abruptly and I would have loved a sexy scene and a longer story. 3 stars. Alta Hensley’s Silver Bells: Lyriope is the Morelli’s sibling’s secret half sister. Nick Hudson catches her eye at the Morelli Christmas Ball. He is the owner of the Wonderland Club, an exclusive mysterious sex club. I cannot wait for their trilogy so we readers can jump headfirst into wonderland. 5 stars. Meet Me Under the Mistletoe receives four out of five stars. You can pick up the story below for free!!
